Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Gathering herbs and Mining will give XP.[1]

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Nu primesti xp cand strangi plante si presupun ca nici cand minezi.

Dovada / Proof: Nu prea am ce ss sa pun.

Xp-ul este destul de mare...Pe blizz am crescut de la 81 la 85 numai din archaeology.

In cati ani ai facut 81-85 numai cu herb? fara nici un quest?

Update: New to Patch 4.0.1, mining, herbalism, and Archaeology grant XP. Skinning does not grant XP Frowney.gif. This experience gain is actually larger than a mob kill by 2x to 4x (at pre-60 levels, the multiplier varies wildly as level mismatches between herbs/ore gathered and mobs fought can be great).

Also sometimes when i skin mob they disappear right before i loot skinning window (with leather; using autoloot but with same result if looting in normal way).
