Descrierea bugului / Bug description: aM haste, am ajuns la 85 si cu toate astea cooldownu ramane al 4.5. Nu inteleg dc nu se schimba. am incercat pana si un respec doar ca sa fiu sigur ca nu gresesc si cooldownu raman ela fel.

E doar vizual aia, uite-te ca atunci cand incepe cooldownul nu incepe de la maxim, ci incepe deja consumat cu o parte
