Full Refund Item Problem !!!!!!!!!!!

Greeting,
The reason i made this topic is about full refund item.As i know,now is fixed but before the fix i made a nuts.as you will see in the following pictures,i DO have the tod barad trinket called "Impatience of Youth".I decided to sell it in order to buy other things and as the item says i can sell it for full refund within 2 hours.The only item that i get after selling it was 1 commendations,not 120 as the item costs.
