Descrierea bugului / Bug description: nu aplica bleed-ul de 40% din lovitura. dmg-ul este foarte mic intre 3 si 8.
Dovada / Proof: poate confirma orice rogue.

E adevarat, mai e postat de cel putin 3 ori bugul. DAR daca repara hemo nu te ajuta cu nimic daca nu repara si glyphu de blind.
