[FIXED] Spell penetration - After the fix

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Tot nu functioneaza corect, adauga Resistances.
Dovada / Proof:

Se vede clar, cand am 201 Penetration, dau 5000~ Resisted.

Cand am 0 Penetration, nu dau Resisted.

Pe langa asta, enchant-ul de pe back de la Enchanting, in loc sa adauge 70 Spell Penetration , iti scade.

PS: Trebuie rezolvat si resistances, si penetration; Una fara alta nu se poate testa

Am testat si eu si nu merge,deasemenea am observat intr-un print pe forum ca unui player ii aparea cu - iar tie vad ca iti apare normal adica nici + nici - ,in acest print observasem faza cu + - http://imageshack.us/f/148/wowscrnshot092711105823.jpg/

Cand am facut fixul am reparat mecanismul de spell penetration, testam doar cu buffuri de spell penetration, n-am mai verificat si la iteme/gems/enchants. Se pare ca bonusul de la iteme/gems/enchants se aplica invers, fixed
