Descrierea bugului / Bug description:
Este o singura reteta pentru toata populatia de 2k+ a serverului, la un vendor in Moonglade cu cooldown de respawn 3 ore. Tot timpul este coada la acel vendor si este foarte greu sa avansezi fara acest rod esential. Asta a dus si la aparitia speculantilor care doar cumpara reteta si o pun la AH pentru preturi exorbitante.

Dovada / Proof: Din 4.1.0 Blizzard a bagat [Runed Arcanite Rod] la trainer, disponibil la nivelul 290 de skill - https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=20051 (wowhead link).

Noi inca suntem pe 4.0.6. Si are 1 ora, nu 3.
