Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Nu are icd. Doar ce am testat un shatter pe dummy si am avut 2 procs unu dupa altul la interval de ~ 1 secunda.

Si inca o dovada ca nu are ICD.

Internal cd-ul este acolo pentru a nu face proc frostfire din frostfire (via brainfreeze), treaba cu 6 secunde nu am nici cea mai vaga idee de unde e scoasa.

Nu , este acolo sa nu faca proc de 2x la 2x frostbolturi. Sunt tare curios cum o sa stea treaba dupa ce magii nu o sa mai aibe instant ffire decat din frostbolt si cone of cold. Mai mult ca sigur o sa zboare din top de la arene. Sa fim sinceri au uitat sa mai casteze.

Si eu ce am spus acolo.

To keep FROSTFIRE BOLT (A.K.A FFB) nu Frostbolt from triggering another Brain Freeze.

Adica pentru a preveni FFB -ul dat cu Brain Freeze din a procui alt Brainfreeze( instant ffb) si tot asa.

Asemanator cu talentul Incite (prot warr) - doar ca in acest caz este detaliat mai bine.

La un buff de 15 secunde e bagat un mic icd sa nu procuie acelasi spell din el insusi. Cat poate sa fie de mic icdu, daca buff tine 15 secunde si nu trebuie sa procuie din el insusi?

"Brain Freeze will proc a lot; at 15 percent, you'll notice it's up with surprising frequency. It doesn't so much provide a massive DPS increase as it gives you a powerful mana management tool and an extra way to maintain DPS during the movement portions of fights. This one's worth all three points."

4 procuri din 5 hits una dupa alta fara icd e ok dupa tine

. Daca asa ati ajuns sa argumentati e jalnic.

Quote-ul se refera la PvE, smart guy, in PvP nu cred ca stai mereu sa castezi frostbolt. Doar dai instante si ai brain freeze la fiecare doua secunde.

Are icd de la lansarea FFB-ului pana la atingerea targetului (sau miss/reflect/deflect) si ca acel FFB sa nu procuiasca inca un Brain Freeze.

Sounds pretty logical, nu se refera decat la frostfire-ul respectiv.

Scrie si in tooltipul spellului - Brain freeze cannot be triggered by Frostfire Bolt.
