Descrierea bugului / Bug description:
• Daca [Anti-magic Shell] e on, nu ar trebuii sa ofere runic power dk-ului cand acesta este lovit de spell dmg.
• Momentan Antimagic Shell (in specul frost/blood) ofera runic power fara [Magic Suppression] de pe specul Unholy.

Dovada / Proof:

• Magic Suppression increases spell damage absorbed by 8/16/25%,
and causes damage absorbed to energize the Death Knight with runic power.

In patch 4.0.6 au nerfuit "runic power gain" oferit de [Magic Suppression]
4.0.6 Patch Notes
• The ratio of runic power return from Magic Suppression has been reduced by roughly one third.
