Descrierea bugului / Bug description: pai la 1 din 10 asa nu se activeaza talentu si am 2/2 (100%)si nu ca l'am luat inainte si nu s'a dus 1 minut si asta..nu il luasem deloc(in arena/dueluri)si na ma trezesc ca mor din senin...

Subscriu, nu functioneaza tot timpul si nici internal cooldown de 1 min nu functioneaza ( s-a activat si a trecut 1 minut .. nu se mai activeaza a doua oara daca nu ai murit).
