Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Blood Shield ar trebui sa porneasca de la un minim de 50% din healul primit de la Death Strike , iar pentru fiecare punct de mastery , cate 6.25 % in plus. Problema e ca pleaca de la 0 , adica blood shieldul se calculeaza doar dupa mastery , fara sa fie adaugate cele 50% de baza.

Se vede ca la 15.42 mastery primesc 96 % ( 15.42 * 6.25 % ) din healul de DS . Ar trebui sa fie 146% . Nu e doar bug vizual.

In tooltip scrie ! da 20k Heal 10k are scut !

Acel 50% nu apare de la base mastery? Gen 6.25*8=50%. Ca pe wowhead scrie asa:
