Help!!!

So I just started playing on the server and atm I'm a lvl 23 Worgen Warlock. It seems that I cover all the requirements for riding a mount, dreadsteed or using the Running Wild option but I can't use them both, when I try them I get message ''You can't use this here'' and even though I bought the apprentice riding skill it still says that I must buy it from a trainer. Also encountering problem with the Demon control skill. Please help me out, is that some kind of bug or am I doing something wrong?

Clear your cache.
As for Control Demon it's redundant, since you can control it from level 1.

In this case, you might want to post a ticket in-game or just reroll, as your toon appears to be bugged.
