Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Nu se adauga tickurile cand trebuie!
Acesta este tabelul cu tickurile,cum si la ce haste ar trebui sa fie adaugate,pentru fiecare DoT in parte:

Cel putin la Vampiric... iti adauga al 6-lea tick tocmai la 20% haste... nu la 10% cum ar trebuii...
