Problem After transfering to A evolution

Didnt know where to post this since i cant read romanian

well i finnaly got transfered to evolution today ( from Core guild) and i was looking around trying to get all my chars set up again and i noticed to weird things first one is more crucial.

I cant find my shaman (oshama ) he shows up on my wowfreakz char list, but not on in game selection of chars. tried a armory search and this is what i get after clicking the name from the list http://armory.freakz.ro/character-sheet.xml?r=Evolution&&cn=Oshama

2nd problem is that all my chars that went from goblin to gnome have really weird faces or just blacked out textures on them. i deleted my WTF and Chace folder but it didnt change anything :S

its funny to see but i just dont want to get in some sorts of trouble

any ideas how to fix it ?

The shaman that is missing used to be on account pigin goblin shaman on genesis.

the weird graphics are on acc pigin char gnome warlock Grimbolt and pigonson account Glowsticks gnome priest.

2 of my charachters from genesis didnt transfer to evolution, have no idea why.

Both lvl 85, and there is enough space.
