Descrierea bugului / Bug description: In tooltip scrie clar "When your Vampiric Touch is dispelled, the dispeller and all nearby enemy targets within 10 yards have a 100% chance to be instantly feared in horror for 3 seconds." - La noi pe server nu e dispellerul care ia fear ci tot cel ce a avut Vampiric Touch, astfel incat se poate spama dispel fara griji in arene.
E un bug major si nu am gasit nimic postat in aceasta privinta, erau doar alte posturi legate de faptul ca iei fear daca esti langa unu ce da duel.

au schimbat efectul de dispel fata de wotlk, din dmg in fear, dar n-au schimbat si targetul efectului, a ramas targetul tot pe cel cu vt pe el, ca pe wotlk, it sucks hard

asta e si ideea, fearul il ia cel cu vt pe el, nu dispellerul, cum ar trebuii, exemplu:

disc+feral> vt pe feral, priestu da dispel, feralu ia fear, priestu nu, therefore poate spama linistit dispel
