Value: 50%
Spell Modifier: Effect #2
Targets: Caster
Affected spells :
» Unleash Life
» Unleash Wind
» Unleash Flame

Deci dupa parerea mea ar trebui sa dea inca 10% spell dmg/heal/melle atack speed ,ceea ce nu face .Spre exemplu in loc de 20% increase fire dmg ar trebui sa dea 30% increase fire damage.
