problem with connecting, pls help

hi guys, i am trying to connect to the server but i cant. When i log in it gets stuck at connecting then tells me server login down, and when i try again it says unable to connect.

I downloaded the game, left the launcher to patch to the latest patch 4.2.2, downloaded the wowfreakz launcher and launched the game and logged in with my account.

pls tell me if i missed anything or did something wrong..

try one of the secondary connections until one of them works (wow2.freakz.ro wow3.freakz.ro .... wow10.freakz.ro) it should fix the problem

yes i set the realmlist, and i tried all other realimlist until wow10.freakz.ro but still its stuck at connecting.
idk i have been trying since a week.......sad

i wanna know something, can some1 check his wow folder where the game is installed and tell me how much is it size....coz i doubt mine...??

This is going to sound silly, but make sure your firewall ain't interfering.

ok mine is also something like 25 gb. coz i doubted that i installed cata without previous expansions, and no my firewall is disabled but still i cant connect, ah i really lost almost all hope, i have been trying since 1 week but no use, really sad and angry......
maybe i should install wotlk and update from it again but i did that in a different way to cata and idk wats wrong.....

Start -> run -> type cmd and then type ping wow.freakz.ro and post the result ofc

Maybe your AntiVirus detected WoW.Freakz launcher as virus and blocked it? Did you check that?

Hey i cannot get started either....
here is the ping:
89.39.13.10: bytes=32 time=48 ms TTL=55
89.39.13.10: bytes=32 time=49 ms TTL=55

89.39.13.10: bytes=32 time=49 ms TTL=55

Send=4, received=4, lost=0

After the game is patched, i replace the wow.exe with the wow_freakz.exe file...
I set my realmlist to wow.freakz.ro and made an account on the server...

It just does not accept the launcher, because after i replace the file it just repatches it to the wow.exe from version 4.2.2
And since the wow.exe from 4.2.2. is not for the server it does not recognizes me if i leave that one on...

ok i think i know what the problem is, i need to ping the server but i gotta do it manually not from cmd, coz thats how i connected to another server but i need to know what is this server ip address.....pls reply asap

ok found that the server ip is 89.39.13.10 but still when i ping it, its still stuck at connecting, idk i feel something is wrong with d pinging process, not anything else, but like other server when i insert they ip and the server realmlist then i can connect but idk why not here....

Sounds to me like there's something wrong with your ISP, for some reason it refuses to connect to this particular IP. That being said I'm no techie, so there may be another explanation.

Do you have another computer around your house that you could use to test if the problem is local to your machine or the whole connection?

actually i dont have another computer, but i know somethin is wrong with my computer.
look i need to ping the server thats for sure, coz its d only way thats how i played on other server but the other server game me exactly what to type in the host file located in windows/system32/drivers/etc/host, where as here i am not sure what to type, i tried many things but still cant connect...

I'm out of ideas, but wouldn't it be easier to just have your computer checked up by a techie? I mean, you've wasted over a week trying to get in here, during this time you'd have it fixed twice. On top of that the issue isn't going to go away on its own, you'll have to do something about it eventually.
