Yup, sounds about right. My money's is on a blackout.

We here in Romania have a dodgy electric supplier so most likely, there was a short blackout (or string of short blackouts, something that I call "unwanted disco") followed by the server not resuming functions as normal.

Shocker has been notified by me around two minutes ago, hopefully, it's not gonna be long before he gets it running properly again.

Sorry for the tech issues.
