Descrierea bugului / Bug description:
Ofera runic power pentru fiecare target lovit, Daca [Howling Blast] loveste 2 sau mai multe targeturi, se primeste dublu de runic power(40)
Ar trebuii sa ofere 10 Runic Power (20 cu [Chill of the Grave]) indiferent de cate targeturi loveste.

Dovada / Proof:
1 target Howling Blast (20 rp )
+2 targeturi Howling Blast (40 rp)
