Well, here is my add-on pack. These are ones I use:

In this pack you get:
Monocai Compare - Compares any item you hover over with equipped item.
AckisRecipeList - Makes it easier to find missing recipes for your professions.
ArcHUD3 - Health and Mana/Energy/Rage bars and some other info right in the middle of your screen.
Auctioneer Suite - Makes stuff easier in auction house. Fully working.
Bagnon - Better bags.
Bartender - More bars and allows you to move them as desired.
Carbonite - Easier questing and better map.
Easy Mail - Makes mail management easier task, also can auto collect mail items and delete pending auction mails.
Enchantix - Tells you what will some item disenchant into.
GearScore - Gives general idea about how well geared someone is.
Informant - Gives you more info about what some item is and average prices in auction house. Also I think it tells you what will certain ore prospect to, or is that Enchantix... dunno, but it works.
MSBT - Gives you better idea about what is happening and how much damage you did.
Prat - Makes chat a lot better.
Recount - Measures DPS and some other stuff.
Titan Bar - Additional bar for shortcuts and info display. Also includes Professions plugin, in case your professions tab gets bugged.
X-Pearl - Better health bars, party and raid overview and stuff.
For longer descriptions use Google.

Also there are some stuff you must know about it:
- GearScore -> Select Lite mode, Full mode is broken and you will not be able to inspect anyone.
- Disable Swatter -> Came with some add-on, but it is only for debugging purposes. And it might spam you with occasional lua errors.
- Bagnon Guild Bank -> Reported to be buggy on private servers. I really suggest you to disable it. Rest of Bagnion is working.
- If you experience heavy CPU load or FPS drop, make sure you disabled Prat-3.0_HighCPUUsageModules. I generally suggest it to be disabled. I never noticed any difference between enabling it or disabling it, other than FPS drop.

After you extracted this archive to "...\WoW\Interface\Addons", make sure you click that add-on button on bottom left corner of your char selection screen and check option to load outdated add-ons. Otherwise some will not work.

Also there are some more add-ons in it, but mostly it goes for dependencies. These add-ons are working on Cata private servers, as long as you follow stuff I wrote.
