Why on my chars when i aplyy for BGs any bg, i can't start no have call for that bg nothinhg hepening and other ppl saying me they get instant calls for bg? is me or what hepening??

Use Random Battle Ground feature. There are no that many people who would queue specific BG so you'll have to try your luck with RBG.
