Descrierea bugului / Bug description: " instead to increase your rune regeneration rate by 100% for 3 sec." nu merge deloc. in loc sa-ti deie 100% regen time pt 3 secunde, doar iti da refresh.

am observat acuma ca procuieste aleatoriu. indiferent daca folosesc empowered rune weapon. si cd-ul tine 1 secunda nu 3.

pozele is facute pe retail in patch-ul 4.2. dar nu cred ca din 4.0.6 pana in 4.2.0 a crescut dmgul la ghoul cu 4k...

am sa revin cu doveziile..acuma le urc pe youtube(in jumate de ora am urcat 50% dintr-un video)

Nici noi nu credem ca a crescut dmgu de la 4.0.6 pana la 4.2 , doar ca dmgul acela probabil ca scaleaza cu gearul, in cazul acesta ai putea sa ne dai macar un link la armory,
E usor sa pui niste pics cu numere , se vede clar diferenta, doar ca daca ai putea sa gasesti si formula din spatele lor , ar fi mult mai bine

acum pun pe youtube dmgul la gargoyle cu si fara disease. nu inteleg cum dai tu 10k cand eu da 4060 fix. indiferent de disease/mastery si ap.

Dak dai anti magic shell si ai multe doturi pe tn ca in printul de mai sus primesti full runic la greu oricat ai spama death coil si astfel obti ff usor stac mare de runic corruption. Nu e numai la doturi ci la toate spelurile dak ai magic suppression de la uh, cel mai lejer e la ice lance spamms si dots
