[REJECTED] Crusader Strike CD Haste

Descrierea bugului / Bug description:

Deci bugul care il am eu la character si nu cred ca sunt singurul este ca nu se aplica Haste la CD de la crusader strike.Am 7.82% haste si pe specul de protection am 3 sec CD la Crusader Strike, iar pe specul de Retribution cu acelasi Haste am 4.5 sec CD la Crusader Strike

Nu este tool tip error ca am cronometrat loviturile si 10 CS pe retri mi-au dat 44.5 sec iar pe prot 10 lovituri mi-au dat 27.3 sec

@offtopic in legatura cu dmgu, ala nu este doar dmgu de la CS , este damageu calculat cu toate bufurile care le ai pe tine si stats

da cam 8 k e nebufat non crit

deci e evident ca da mai mult de 8 k de fapt da in functie de mastari eu joc cu 12 mastari si prind bufat 13-16 k in bg cred ca la PvP teai referic cand ai zis ca ai vadut screenshoturi cu mult mai mult
si da bagu cu hastu e adevara ori cat haste as staca nu scade cdul deloc

De scazut scade CD da doar la specul de protection, la cel holy nu am testat

Nupe, am testat pe specul de protection si acolo am 3 sec, si pe retribution am 4.5 sec, am zis ca pe specul de Holy nu am incercat sa vad daca merge haste bine

Cd-ul de 3 sec pe protection e de la specializare, nu de la haste.

Bugul nu ar fi la Crusader Strike, ci la Sanctity of Battle
SoB aplica cum trebuie

Multi nu joaca Ret PvP la talentul ala pentru ca Gearul PvP nu iti permite sa ai un Haste prea stralucit.
Revin cu date de pe Battle.Net - Momentan serverele sunt jos.

The unhasted CD is 4.5 seconds. 4.5/4.08 = 1.1034, as expected (meaning that 4.5 has been divided by 1.1034 to reach 4.08, or reduced by 10.34%, the standard way of applying haste benefits.).

am testat eu
si talentul Sanctity of Battle este total inutil avand in vedere ca nu functioneaza | daca ar functiona ar mari dps paladinului cu mult
