Descrierea bugului / Bug description: It must be gain your rep to honored on oracles and hated on frenzyheart, but it isnt gain this!

Nevertheless i have a problem with changing the fraction i mean i have exalted with Oracles but the mob by which i have to switch the fraction to Frenzyheart is hostile so i cant even talk to it to get the quest and because of that the achievement for both Fractions isnt working either.
