Engineering Tinkers?

There are 8 untrainable tinkers which are obtained randomly by crafting any recipe within the engineering profession. Just want to clarify the tinkers below are working as intended to make sure engineering is totally "useless" so to speek.

The 8 tinkers are:
Cardboard Assassin
Grounded Plasma Shield
Invisibility Field
Quickflip Deflection Plates
Spinal Healing Injectorp
Synapse Springs
Tazik Shocker
Z50 Mana Gulper

Are you saying that there are some bugs with Engi Tinkers?
If yes, please make a bug report at this section following these guidelines.

ya I duno I don't want that as a priest I have my own shields

but I think it is bugged since you can't learn it from the trainer and the making recipes is buggy.

why won't you? you get the full profession thats the one you talk about?? you will have all thinkers then I guess.

EDIT: My bad. it says MAX skill only. so you will have to learn all by yourself. Ya sure why won't it if it is fixed.
