Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Ar trebui sa se aplice la Blood Craze (wowhead link) si la Second Wind (wowhead link) insa nu adauga heal nici 6% nici 20%

Pai chiar e important pentru ca trebuie sa pui puncte in field dressing chiar daca nu merge ca nu ai altundeva unde sa pui si Blitz eu personal nu pun puncte in el.
