Enchanting: Broken "Runde Arcanite Rod" receipt

Hi there,
On my char the Runed Arcanite Rod receipt is broken. instead of it I see Nexus transformation.
There are some similar topics in the forum, just they are in Romanian.

I'm not shure, maybe it's my character problems, and I could solve it by myself.
But it acts a little strange: I cannot take items from the ground.

I cannot collect "Siege Engine Scrap"

It is true, the trainers should teach you to craft Runed arcanite rod and runed adamantite rod but they just don't. Before cata those receipts used to be bought from special vendors in shattrath for instance, but they have been removed from the vendor list since they are nou taught by trainers (should be) yet they dont train you, which sucks because you can't level enchanting anymore and if you do not have 30k golr/receipt to buy from the AH you reall hit a dead end.
