Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Creste durata la drain life? Nu ar trebui sa o scada?

Ce as zic. Creste cu un tick drain life. Dar e filler, nu e DoT ( aplicat pe target precum corruption, unstable affliction) sa ii creasca numarul de tick-uri. N-ar trebui sa fie ca si Mind flay la priest, tot 3 ticks dar durata scazuta?

Drain life e dot si mind flay la fel. Nu mi s-a intampalt niciodata sa imi creasca durata dar am sa testez.
