Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Mastery la elemental cred ca este setat pe 0 sau pe 0.1 eu nu am reusit sami intre niciodata mastery pur si simplu nu merge ..
Dovada / Proof: nu am dovada dar poate fi confirmat....

merge mastery-ul la elemental ... si nu procuie asa greu , singuru bug ar fi ca al doilea lava burst nu este 100% crit chiar daca are targetu flame shock pe el

merge foarte bine masteryul propriu zis, problema la care se refera cel de deasupra mea este de fapt la toate overloadurile, NICI UNUL NU BENEFICIAZA DE NICI UN TALENT, lava burst nu are 100% crit, light bolt/chain lightning NU FAC STACKURI DE LIGHNING SHIELD, nu beneficiaza nici unul din ele nici de alte talene, cu increased crit chance, samd cel putin 30% din dps-ul shamanului elemental e scazut datorita acestui bug si DAMAGEULUI EXECRABIL DAT DE LAVA BURST, faceti ceva ca deja nu se mai poate, innebunim cu changeloguri dastea de "fulmination visual bug" sau "glyph of grounding totem"

intr-adevar overload nu genereaza lightning shield orbs si nici nu reduc CDul la Elemental mastery
