Wowhead/WoW Freakz Link: Enchant Weapon - Heartsong
Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Aceasi problema ca Darkglow Embroidery, NU procuie la healing spells (resto druid).
Dovada / Proof: Nu am calc sa ma tina sa filmez...

La mine pe shaman resto se activeaza chiar bine, doar din healing spells.

nu procuie din hots dar da proc des din regrow/nourish etc.

da are dreptate, nu procuie din hots de genul: rejuvenation, lifebloom, wild growth

tu vrei sa procuie si din TICKS ? ceea ce ar fi absurd
sper ca nu la asta te referi ... pentru ca cine citeste ar putea interpreta asa .. si apoi .. ar face druidul un NEVER OOM healer

Defapt, daca te uiti la comments pe wowhead:

"This will proc from ticks, as you might expect.

If there is a cooldown, it is under 5 seconds. From testing for 10 mins or so with lifebloom, rejuv and regrowth hots running, it appears I can't get it to proc right after it finishes. I have gotten a few to pop up ~5 seconds after it fell off.

So, while not 100% uptime, I could easily see a 75% uptime on someone throwing out hots. Obviously, someone spamming a DH single target spell may not get close to that."
