[REJECTED] Bugged dmg after i transfer character

My dmg is bugeed after i transfer my char. I reset talents and all , but dmg is still low. Now i can't crit more then 10k on geared player and i could crit 30k on genesis. My friend who is also feral druid have normal dmg and i have better gear then he has.I can crit him(2.8k resi) 9k and he can crit me(3,6k resi) 28k. I think to this is some kind of mine bug , i think to only mine dmg is bugged.
