Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Your Lacerate periodic damage has a 50% chance to refresh the cooldown of your Mangle (Bear) ability and make it cost no rage.
Dovada / Proof: nu face ce zice nu reseteaza cooldown si nici nu face costul de 0 rage la mangle bear ,doar apare incercuita vraja cum ca ar trebui folosit in momentul de proc.
