I have problem in WoW

I have accidentaly deleted my Vicious hands from my character "Bluered" and i can not recover it from Website.It says "Recover failed, you cannot recover tokens or upgradable items".
It would be nice if you could get me back my item.Thanks.

1) Make sure your char is offline and retry to recover from the website.

2)Please post Here using this model
