Dovada / Proof: Well ive raised reputation with stormpeaks in northrend in order to get reins of white polar bear , but by doin those daily quests in stormpeaks which give hyldnir spoils as a quest reward , those hyldnir spoils contain nothin not even those eatin stuffs , so all i want is admin to reply to this topic as fast as possible .

According to the website that item has a 10% chance to drop in that satchel, here you can see that. As for the food it doesn't have any chance to drop in there.

Confirmed. As showned by freakz https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=43964&&name=reins-of-the-black-polar-bear does not have any chance to drop anywhere, Hyldnir Spoils too.
