can i gain lock back?

lock name: Holywarlock, lvl 85, undead

And you can see your deleted char below. Click on the 'MAKE A RESTORE CHAR REQUEST' button and wait.

You can only restore characters level 85. You go to https://www.wow-freakz.com/character_list.php like Ezeky said and at the bottom of the page there's a chart with deleted characters.
It should look like this

Toxic 85 Tuesday, January 17 2012, 08:50:14 MAKE A RESTORE CHAR REQUEST
Shifter 85 Monday, January 23 2012, 21:11:19 MAKE A RESTORE CHAR REQUEST

Click on the MAKE A RESTORE CHAR REQUEST and your character will get restored after 12-24 hours.
