Talents reseted and Weapon gone?

Hi,i just logged on this morning and found out that my talents were reseted and my second Vicious Gladiator's Decapitator is gone(I am FURY warrior).I asked on global chat what to do and someone told me to check my mail.I done that but i havent recived any mail from anyone in the past 2 days or so.Note that this happened in the morning and i still haven't recieved anything until this hour(11:45 PM).I dont know what to do,now i have equipped my tol barad sword but it isnt the same,please help me .

Verficia mailul (din joc) sa vezi daca ai primit vrun item.

@Fearcraft your tallents where reset so. Maybe you lost dual wield and the sword is in your bags? check that if you didn't

@Velaurius speak English on the English zone.
