diferentele de haste se fac la mind flay/blast/spike, la doturi se vad diferentele doar cand ai atins acele praguri la care primesti extra tick, durata doturilor nu mai este influentata deloc de haste

problema nu e asta, problema este, dupa cum a specificat si pacientu, ca valorile de haste la care primim extra tick nu sunt puse corect, primim primu extra tick la dublu haste fata de cat ar trebuii, si asta ne rupe in doua dps-u, ca la valori mai mari de haste (30-31%) ar trebuii sa avem un numar de tickuri pe care noi dabea il primim, probabil, pe la 60%, valoare care este absolut imposibil de atins
