Descrierea bugului / Bug description: "Can only be used while Enraged." Now I thing it's something wrong with triggering, coz I just target a mob and BOOM raging blow is usable. Or I'am wrong ?

Are you from Exodus realm? If yes, it maybe the vengeance bug that remains even if you are a fury warrior and so, vengeace buff is a enrage effect.

Confirm that you have vengence buff on you ... do a talent reset on both specs and you will be fine
