Descrierea bugului / Bug description: This NPC (Vekgar) should start 3 daily quests which are part of http://www.wowhead.com/achievement=961, but the NPC is unfrienly and aggressive so the quests cannot be aquired.
Dovada / Proof: You can just go and check it to ensure youself. And just for info, I'm exalted with Frenzyheart Tribe.
