hlds.exe - Application Error

I get this error, I have reinstalled several times and still the same thing..

Please I need help, if you need more information just ask

I used this patch SWDS.DLL 47+48 (engine version 4554) patched by Shocker, and now I get this error [Unable to initialize steam] Surprise

Unable to initialize steam. (HLDS 5408) (Fixed)

This works on Windows StartUp?

You can use dproto for your server in exchange of that swds pack.

Try to update your HLDS with hldsupdatetool and use another patch
