[DUPLICATE] My arena conquest cap is bugged :S

Hello, so i made a ticket in game and gm told me to post it here...so my pvp rate in my arena 2v2 team is like 1800, but my conquest point cap is still 1350 :S...it was more b4 but it just went down for idk wat reason...and my partner in my tema has lower personal rate than me..and his cap is 1650 :S...fix this for me plz...its bugged on my wholeee acct i thin...cuz both on my priest and druid i have this problem....i shud have a higher conquest cap than 1350 with my high personal rating...and this has been going on since last week...so really and truely i cudve been further in my pvp gear than i am now..cuz of this bug.

could someone please reply to me in english?, i saw the link that was posted and i do have screen shots of my cap and rate, but im not sure how to post it here or where im suppose to post it. Help me please some one as im quite noob on these forums as this is my first post lol. X_X

this one shows wat ive done this week, i do not have any link of my points being at 0 b4 i did arena arena this week, but still...my rate is 1797 now...so i know by all means the cap shouldnt be soo damn low :S...
