Descrierea bugului / Bug description: daca dai stampeding roar in prowl iti sparge stealth ceea ce in mod normal nu ar trebui sa se intample

Asta este pe 4.3
La noi nu am vazut sa scrie does not break prowling. Deabia pe 4.1 nu sparge stealthul

Patch 4.1.0 (2011-04-26): Duration has been increased to 8 seconds, up from 6. The movement speed effect has been increased to 60%, up from 40% and is no longer cancelled by cancelling shapeshift form.
