DK npcs in acherus are missing for my character

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: I cannot interact with any NPCs in acherus, no trainers, runeforge trainers, vendors, ect. i have disabled all addons, deleted all temporary cache folders and files and reloaded my interface ingame. I have contacted a gm ingame and he tried to assist me with this issue but could not resolve it. he told me this was a unique situation and i would have to post it here. I have completed the entire quest chain that regulates the appearance of the npcs in acherus and i am out of troubleshooting ideas to fix this issue. any help would be appreciated in resolving this issue.

This happens to me all the time. You have two options.

Option 1: Go there using fly path, not Death Gate.
Option 2: While in Ebon Hold (after using a Death Gate), cast Death Gate and go through the portal again, the NPCs should become visible.

Shouldn't be closed, since it's still a bug. I just gave you a "temporary fix", the issue still remains, the NPCs should be visible.
