Wowhead/WoW Freakz Link: Hit
Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Hunter s shots miss on bosses even above 8% hit chance. Steady shot and Arcane shot have the highest miss chance, chimera and others have a bit lower. 8,84% hit chance still missed 1 out of 75 steady shots.

This can happen on Chimaeron fight, only then.
On another fight i have no problem with hit rating.

Now thinking about it... could be a bugged dummy lol.
And as far I can see, the random-language-guy under me says that Chimaeron debuffs you and that makes you miss....

EDIT: Either way: The miss chance is still there even if above 8% hit rating, not only Chimaeron. Only saw steady missing.
