Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Problema apare doar pentru cei din camin, care au un singur ip de iesire pe camin.
Cunosc multi din camin care joaca pe freakz si cine apuca sa voteze primul este norocosul, restul nu mai pot vota daca vor. Imi arata cand intru pe pagina de vote ca pot vota, insa cand intru pe ultimul site (wowstatus.net) imi spune ca am votat in ultimele 12 ore, desi eu nu am mai votat de 24 ore.

Daca ai face sa iti dea punct pentru fiecare site votat si nu sa iti dea 5 puncte doar daca ai votat pe toate site-urile, ar fi perfect, pentru ca pe celelalte 4 site-uri merge sa votezi. Si pefer sa imi dea macar 4 puncte, decat sa nu primesc deloc.
Am pus si niste screenshot-uri sa te convingi

acelasi lucru pentru cei ce ies printr-un proxy de la serviciu.

desi am putut vota pe primele 4 link-uri, la al cincelea imi d aacelasi mesaj ca si lui silenz.
In plus, desi am votat pe primele 4 link-uri, nu s-a contorizat niciun vot.

Nu mai veni cu solutii aiuritoare gen IP unic, votul se face per CONT.

Trebuie sa votezi pe toate sa iti dea punctele, de aia am zis sa modifice, sa iti dea punct pentru fiecare site votat, nu 5 la sfarsit daca votezi pe toate si daca nu ai votat unul sa nu iti dea nimic.

da, dar din cauza ca ies prin proxy nu pot vota pe al 5-lea site - fix ala care imi valideaza toate voturile.
