Da, nu se activeaza intotdeauna, am vazut-o la rogi cu care m-am batut in arena. Si nici nu merge partea cu "brings you to 10% of your hp"

Care m-ajuta si pe mine cu o lucrare de atestat?

Ba merge ft bine..se activeaza cand trebuie....iti da dmg reduction, 10% HP nu-ti da..dar restul merge..

Daca ai obs in cheat death poti baga 3 pcte pt 100% chance...1pct=33% 2pcte 66%...tralala

hi there , i notice this not working talent a couple of weeks ago thinkin it will be fixed cause im amazed by everything in this server for me the best private cata server,but the talent still not working..actually sometimes it turns on but still not working cause u dont get thoose 10 % HP and i think also the dmg is not reduce to 90%..practicly u cannot die in theese 3 seconds unless 10 people hitin you at the same time and still but not so sure ..anyway i test it many times in duels and im dead when i reach 0% .so please can u give me some info in english are you goin to fix it at all or u gonna leave it like that cause without this talent rogue is screwd and i should change the class.

I do not know how you can say that the talent is not working. It has been countless arenas in which I stumbled upon rogues which ultimately got this talent activated and it works on myself as well. It will reduce your health to about 12-13-15 k max, just think about the fact that if your opponents are bursting you you could be two, three-shot anyways and also about the fact that it lasts for 3 seconds, this is a life saving talent but after it gets activated you should run like hell and pop some other cd's. Some simple math will prove that if you have a dot on you or a hard hitting class is bursting you, you should probably die instanteneously. If you have some footage then you can prove that there is indeed a bug related to this talent.

-nu se activeaza TOT timpul , cam 70% din cazuri chiar daca ai 3 puncte de talent.
-nu dureaza 3 secunde ,poate 1,5.

Nu am dovezi sau research , dar asta e impresia mea.Poate e total gresit tot ce spun.

nu se activeaza la 10% ai vrut a zici, de exemplu in duele se activeaza dupa ce pierzi duelu... adica la 1%
