Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Improve cone of cold este considerat acum Controlled root si ia cd cu frost nova desi ar trebui sa fie Random root.

This freeze is on the "random root" DR, not the normal root DR. So it doesn't DR frost nova or pet nova.

The random root DR is supposed to be for procs and so on that you can't control, like Shattered Barrier. The reason being that they you can't control when they go off so if they DR important things like frost nova those effects could actually be bad. But Cone of Cold is something you control, not to mention its very short CD, which is one of the reasons frost mage control in PVP is so overpowered. Blizzard have indicated they want to do something about frost mage control in MoP, we'll have to wait and see if this root is one thing they address."

Inainte de ultimul fix functionau mult mai bine(mai aproape de bliz), acum dupa doar cateva secunde orice target devine imun la orice freeze si este probabil cel mai mare bug pe care il are magul in pvp in acest moment.

Please fix it,combo de frost nova+cone of cold e de baza in arene si devine imun de la diminishing returns sistem:|

Fixed, trebuia sa fie random root, nu controlled root, am gresit cand am facut
