character problem

hi, i want take and item for my warlock, is a head item, now i have 40 points to spend, and when i go to click to take this item it says: You do not own this character. Go back ... what i have to do?

Did you try logging off your WoW account completely before trying the action?

sorry maybe i have explained wrong, about the vote... i voted in the past days and i have 40 points to spend, and when i go to take an item it says "You do not own this character. Go back" , i don't know what i have to do...

Have you select the right realm at the top left corner?

Log in an out again on the main site, to see if it solves anything.

also as architech says chose your realm and character well. if it doesn't work then it must be a bugg or so.

the realm was correct guys... exodus, by the way everything is ok now i think they fixed the problem, thank u guys for the help
