Made a mistake when buying mount

Hello I gained 100 vote points, and decided to buy the long-awaited dragon Onyxia. By clicking "Submit" I expected that there will be a list of characters with whom I choose to assign this drokona, but this did not happen, and Onyxia got to the character that I do not play = (Is there any way to send a character's dragon from Helena to the character Amaranth. These characters are on the same account.

i did the same mistake few weeks ago. Zohl suggested me to make a ticket ingame with a link to this topic. And Starshard removed the mount from my wrong char and added it to my main. Maybe you should, as i did, provide a SS of that mount on your wrong char.

I too sent my vote mount to the wrong character. I did open an ingame ticket. The response I got back that this need to be solved in the forums and the GM was unable to help.
