Problem with sending a tabard.

Hello guys,

Firsly,i would like to thanks you for the time spent while reading my topic.Secondly,the reason i made this topic is about not being able to send an item,which is so called "Binds when equipped".I am talking about the tabard "Tabard of the Lightbringer".Since i got already 1 and got 582 vp i wanted to make a gift to one friend.I have bought it today and receive it instantly (I thank those,who have made this system work so good).The item was "Binds when equipped".Wo hooo .And the problem just begun when i took it.It turned Soulbound:X.I got 100 Rage since i am warrior.My friend wants that item so much...but cant get it because the voting doesnt counts (althought by doing the whole procedure with no mistakes)(not just clicking on the web site and closing it).So i would be grateful if you could fix this (ofcouse if it a bug).

Tabard used to be BoE then people started to exploit like that and Shocker made all BoE items BoP as soon as you get them through VoteShop.

PS: I'm not sure but i think there's a notice while selecting teh item that BoE items will become SB as soon as you get them

I can understand you Architech,but i decide whether i keep the item for myself or not.I vote for WoWFreakz whenever i can so i think i can spend my vote points the way i like.Since you cant hack the voting system people should use their vp for everyting (sending gift...etc).So as i said,i will be grateful if you think another solution (if not,please make 1 compromise)
