Hunter - Rapid recuperation MM talent bug

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: The rapid recuperation should restore focus in a short period of time but when I gain the buff it shows me i will regain 2% of my total mana every 2 sec, which was in WoTLK. It should restore instantly 50 focus too, when i gain Rapid Killing Buff, but the instant +50 focus neither working
